Personal data
Version of 10 September 2026
We try to collect as little about you as possible. Below is an honest list of what the game does store, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we process
When you sign in through Telegram or VK ID we receive your account identifier, your name and, if set, your username. We never ask for or store a password.
As you play we store game data: the names and state of your businesses, your balance, transaction history, awards, orders and any messages you send through the "Write to us" form.
When you buy profits we ask for your email address: it is passed to the payment provider and is needed to send you the receipt. The address is stored together with the payment record and is filled in for you next time.
Card details are handled by the payment provider. They never reach us in any form.
Why we process it
The identifier lets us recognise you at sign-in and connect you to your progress. Your name is shown to other players in the leaderboard and on the order exchange.
Game data is the game itself: without it progress could not survive between sessions.
Messages from the form are needed to reply to you and look into the problem.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Technical providers the game cannot run without: Telegram (sign-in and bot notifications), VK ID (sign-in), the payment provider, and the hosting provider.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law expressly requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as your game account exists. When the account is deleted, game data goes with it; anonymised payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, have it corrected, or ask for your account to be deleted — write to us through the form at the bottom of the site, at support@profit-city.ru or on Telegram: https://t.me/profit_city_channel?direct.
You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account. After that the account can no longer be used to play.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie that keeps your session so you are not asked to sign in on every page. There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the site.
