Buyer: a legally capable individual registered in Profit City who pays for a pack of profits. Persons under 18 may pay only with the consent of a parent or other legal guardian.

2. What you buy: description and properties

Profits are virtual units inside Profit City that unlock extra options in the gameplay. This is digital content; nothing is shipped and no delivery is required.

What they do: profits are spent on speeding up and easing the game and on cosmetic touches to the profile — skipping the pause before opening a new business, extending a work shift, buying an extra business slot, a title next to your name or a crown in the leaderboard. The current list of options and their price in profits is shown in the "Profits" section inside the game.

Profits are not money, electronic money, digital currency or a security. They cannot be exchanged back into money, cannot be withdrawn and have no value outside the game. They grant no advantage unavailable to players who never paid.

Profits do not expire as long as the Buyer’s account exists and the game runs.

3. Packs and price

The Seller offers the following packs (the current price is shown in Russian roubles and always repeated in the store at the moment of purchase): "Starter pack" — 25 profits plus 50,000 coins as a gift — 99 ₽; "Standard pack" — 75 profits plus 150,000 coins as a gift — 299 ₽; "Big pack" — 125 profits plus 250,000 coins as a gift — 499 ₽; "Premium pack" — 250 profits plus 350,000 coins as a gift — 699 ₽.

Prices are final and include all applicable taxes. The Seller applies a special tax regime under which value added tax is not charged.

The Seller may change the composition and price of packs. Such changes do not affect purchases already paid for.

4. How to place an order

Step 1. Sign in to the game and open the "Profits" section.

Step 2. Press "Profits store" and pick one of the packs.

Step 3. Enter your email address — the receipt is sent there.

Step 4. Press "Buy" — you will be taken to the payment provider’s page.

Step 5. Enter your card details and confirm the payment.

The order is placed at the moment the payment provider confirms the payment. No separate application, call or correspondence with the Seller is required.

5. Payment

Payment is made in a single amount, in full, in Russian roubles.

Payment methods: bank cards of the systems supported by the payment provider, on its secure page. Card details are entered on the provider’s side; the Seller does not receive, process or store them.

After a successful payment the Buyer receives a receipt as required by the law of the Russian Federation — to the email address given when placing the order.

6. How you receive the profits (service delivery)

Profits are credited to the Buyer’s game account automatically, right after the payment provider confirms the payment. The usual time is under 5 minutes, the maximum is 24 hours from the moment the funds are charged.

No further action is needed from the Buyer: nothing is shipped and nothing has to be collected. Credited profits are visible in the "Profits" section and in the game header, and the operation appears in the profits history.

The Seller’s obligation is fulfilled once the profits are credited to the Buyer’s game account.

If the profits have not arrived within 24 hours of the charge, contact the Seller at support@profit-city.ru or through the "Got a question" form. The Seller will either credit the profits or refund the amount as described in section 7.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Before payment. The Buyer may cancel at any moment before confirming the payment: simply close the payment page or press "Cancel". No obligation arises and no funds are charged.

After payment but before the profits are credited. If the funds have been charged but the profits have not yet reached the game account, the Buyer may cancel and claim a full refund.

After the profits are credited. Profits are digital content delivered at the moment of purchase, so once credited the purchase is considered fulfilled. A refund is then made in the cases provided by law, as well as in case of a technical error — a double charge or the wrong pack credited, for example.

How to request a refund — step by step:

Step 1. Send a request to support@profit-city.ru or through the "Got a question" form at the bottom of the site, choosing the "Payment question" topic.

Step 2. Include: the date and time of the payment, the amount, the name of the pack, your game account name, and the last four digits of the card or the transaction id from the receipt. This is needed to find the payment.

Step 3. The Seller registers the request on the day it arrives and reviews it within 10 calendar days at the latest. We reply to the address the request came from, or to the contact given in the form.

Step 4. If the decision is positive, the money is returned to the same bank card used for the payment within 10 calendar days of the decision. The actual crediting time depends on the issuing bank and usually takes 1 to 5 business days.

Refund amount. The refund is made in the full amount paid. No payment service fees, bank fees or other deductions are withheld from it.

If the decision is negative, we explain the reason with reference to these terms and the law.

8. Obligations and liability

The Buyer undertakes not to use payment instruments belonging to others and not to circumvent the game rules, including by means of purchased profits.

The Seller may block a game account when the rules are broken. The value of profits held on a blocked account is not refunded.

The Seller is not liable for loss of access to the game for reasons beyond its control: failures on the side of a network provider, the payment provider or Telegram.

9. Personal data

The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in line with the personal data policy published in the "Personal data" section at the bottom of the site. By paying, the Buyer confirms acceptance of that policy.

10. Final provisions

The Seller may amend this offer by publishing a new version on this page. A new version takes effect upon publication and applies to purchases made afterwards.

Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, under the laws of the Russian Federation.
