For the elite: mansions, yachts, helicopters and an island of your own
Magnates now have something to aim for again: a new “For the elite” section has opened in “Property”.
👑 From the “Magnate” level. The catalog has 14 items: a penthouse, a racing stable, an art collection, a ski chalet, a luxury mansion, a motor yacht, a vineyard with a château and a private helicopter. A business jet, a megayacht and a football club open from “Master of the city”. A private island, a space flight and a skyscraper bearing your name open from “Oligarch”. Prices range from 60 million coins to 5 billion and 10,000 profits.
🏝️ One per city. There is only one private island and one skyscraper in the whole city. Whoever buys one first owns it — until they stop paying for it.
🧾 Upkeep. Elite property costs 0.3% of its value per day, charged automatically. If you run short of coins, a debt builds up and the item drops out of your prestige until you pay it off. If the island or the skyscraper stays in debt for more than 3 days, the city takes it back and puts it up for sale again.
📈 Appreciating assets. The art collection and the vineyard grow in value every day — up to +50% of the price.
🏆 City elite. A new tab in the leaderboard ranks players by prestige — the value of their elite property. The leaders’ items are shown right in the table, and the first place gets an “Elite #1” badge next to their name.
💰 Selling. The city buys elite property back at 80% of its value, including the price growth.
The space flight is an achievement, not property: it has no upkeep and cannot be sold — it stays with you forever.
