Property arrives in Profit City: land, buildings and cars

There is now something to spend your earnings on — and something to show off in the leaderboard.

🏡 Real estate. Buy a land plot in any district — the price depends on the district. Build a house, a garage, a bathhouse, a gazebo or a vegetable garden on it and upgrade each building up to level 5. Out of room? Expand the plot for profits.

🚗 Vehicles. 12 brands with 5 models each, from hatchbacks to SUVs. Cars unlock from the "Entrepreneur" stage, and more prestigious brands become available at higher stages. Crossovers and SUVs are sold for profits only.

🔧 Tuning. Every car has 8 parts to upgrade: wheels, brakes, suspension, fuel and exhaust systems, interior, engine and body kit. The progress bar shows how much is left until full tuning.

🏆 Status and awards. Your property is visible in the leaderboard — tap "Property" next to any player. For your first plot, first car, a top-level house and full tuning you get awards.

💰 Selling. Property can be sold back to the city for 75% of everything invested; spent profits are returned as coins.
